good point: not crowded on a Tuesday. bad point: overpriced for what you get in Malaysian manue fpr value terms, as some of the crew were clearly not motivated and showed that. This is a real shame, as they should smile from their heart (and not artificially or not at all) when dealing with 5 or 8 year old kids, as this excursion meant the world to the kids. So for them to potentially realise (yes that is possible at their young age) to deal with staff who don't like to do their job, is really heartbreaking for us as parents. We can compare this to Kidzania Dubei, where the service was (at this like for like product) much better. We're also not sure about food safety standards at the (overpriced) food outlets within the Kidzania complex, as the kids had an upset stomach afterwards; a thing which did not occur to them during their whole stay in Malaysia incl. food from foodstalls. As a side note: we had to actively ask staff at the food outlets, to stop them playing with their mobiles!!
