The experience was awesome!! Well worth the money to see the spectacular views on top of Mt. Pilatus. It gets crowded up there with people of all ages, so have some patience when walking the trails. The one complaint I have - they encouraged everyone to reserve a seat on the cog train ahead of time, so we did, but the staff loaded everyone in line that had not pre-booked a seat before everyone waiting in line that had a pre-booked spot....so we were loaded onto the train nearly 1 hour later than the time slot we pre-paid for.
Well organised trip. Enjoyed the various forms of transport, including the cable cars and cogwheel train. Boat ride back to Luzern was also very present. Had enough of time on Mt Pilatus to enjoy the scenery and have a meal.
Very knowledgeable tour guides. Great transportation. Spectacular views. I can now say I have ridden a double decker bus, cable car, boat, and funicular all in one outing. It was all enjoyable. Thank you!
Yolanda was excellent. She provided all the things we needed (info, rides, etc). I’m glad this trip is an all-inclusive (tickets, etc). I would recommend to others.
It was a busy day so to have a friendly guide and reservations was perfect.
