- Pickup is available for all hotels within Ao Nam Mao, Ao Nang, Ao Nang Soi 8, or Krabi Town. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. If you stay at Railay Beach, we offer a pickup service from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier, which is just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East. If you stay in Ton Sai, please attend the meeting point at Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

- Child ticket age between 2-11 years
- Passengers can carry personal luggage on car and/or boat up to a maximum total permitted weight must not exceed 20 kilograms (twenty kilograms) per person
- If a passenger wishes to carry other luggage on car and/or boat more than the specified weight, Passengers must pay for the next piece of baggage at 200 baht each
