- Our staffs “For Friends Kayak” will pick up free from your hotels in Aonang area. For Krabi town and Klongmuang area pick up at 8.00-8.15 for morning , 13.00 for afternoon, extra charge 100 baht each , please give us hotels name, or address or specific place.

We are For Friends Kayak: operating kayaking tours under the name of For Friends Travel and Tour around Ao Thalane since 2002.
Ao Thalane is one of the most beautiful mangroves forests in the whole of Thailand. Take 30-40 minutes drive from Aonang beach to reach the kayak meeting point, where you will be familiarized and given tips on kayaking to insure you are comfortable and safe. Our guide will also provide your understanding of the beautiful mangrove forest and nature surrounding to insure all will enjoy.
We will then kayak through the beautiful mangrove forest and explore limestone caves, canyons, and even a lagoon, if the tide is high. You can expect to paddle 5 to 7 kilometers in approximately two hours to remember this amazing adventure.
The shade from the jungle all around you keeping it cool. Krabi’s coastline is an amazing sight to actually get to paddle a kayak around it is a very memorable experience.
Upon returning back to the pier we will provide you fresh fruits and then returning you safely back to your hotel.

Know before you go
- Length of kayak about 5-7 km. depends on tide level. If high tide can go deeper in mangrove forest and more beautiful than low tide. Better to check if it will be high tide on morning or afternoon session to get the best time to paddle. You can send message to check with us for the tide or on google.
- Pick up only from mainland at Aonang , krabi town and Klongmuang area. Guests from Railay beach we pick up from Ao Nammao pier or Aonang pier. Centara Grand beach pick up from Nopparat pier.
