From Pokhara to Kathmandu: Luxury Travel by Sofa Bus

Just like when we went to Pokhara, we were not on a VIP or soft bus, and there were no reserved seats. After some negotiation, we were pushed to the back of a regular bus, and the front seats were reserved for locals, so it took 10 hours both ways. In Kathmandu, we were dropped off at a place that was not the bus station Sorhakhutte where we went. This is fraud. Please refund the travel fare as soon as possible. We suggest to your company that you stop dealing with this travel agency.

The bus was average, old and a bit worn out seats, legroom too small but so far public transportation in Nepal is bad, also the bus driver dropped us in a different place where it supposed to be so we needed to pay a taxi to get to hour hotel

The provider's service was good until I actually needed it during the journey. Then there was no further contact. I did not experience any special service from the companions on the bus. I have had much better things here in Nepal. After a good two hours of driving, the air conditioning broke down. The windows in the bus cannot be opened. The outside temperature was 36 degrees according to the weather app. Each passenger was given one (!) bottle of water to start with. Even the broken air conditioning did not change anything. After a good two hours of sweating, there was a commotion in the bus. The driver tinkered with the bus for about 10 minutes. Then we carried on with the air conditioning running a little better. Better to take the normal bus and open the windows for less money.
