The day was so relaxing, enlightening and educational and just what I needed after an 8 day adventure in Asia. I only wish I could have stayed more than 1 day. Special thanks to Sante and her team for making us feel so welcomed and relaxed. I will definitely come for longer the next time I’m in Kathmandu.

A great day of varied yoga practices. Started with some breath work, followed by Assana Yoga, and then lunch. After we did some more intense yoga and finished with meditation and chanting and even some dancing! I think this is slightly above beginner level. The breath work could have been explained better. There was also a bit of waiting around between lunch and the last session. Overall very good though. Worth the money.
