It was an overall very good experience. Pick up was very timely with Ernest, transport was comfortable and fast, formalities at the border with Botswana were very nicely done (one stop border point), and our guide was very helpfull (his name was Nature). Drink/ at lunch are not included and you will want to bring small change cash usd for that because they will not be willing to change for anything larger than five usd (but card payments are possible). The place where you enter the boat in the afternoon is also the place where you have lunch and it's a very beautiful resort. The food was buffet style and quite nice.

I thought the overall day was great 👍 the guides on both the game drive and river cruise were helpful and informative and went out of their way to ensure people got great camera shots etc, the people on the tour were great, the vehicle and boat great, the buffet lunch fantastic and the animals incredible. It depends on the day what animals are around as to what you see...its a bit of luck particularly with the big cats etc and we saw some lions...but great day elephants, crocs, hippos, lions, giraffes, water monitors, great birdlife.....highly recommended

Fabulous day in the park.. saw every kind of animal imaginable! There was both of a drive to and from the park and several stops to exit/enter passport control etc but a small price to pay under the circumstances. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to make the trip enjoyable and comfortable...great job overall!!

We were lucky and there were only three of us on the tour. Our guide was very competent and had a feel for where the animals were. We saw lots of lions, elephants, giraffes and an owl. We really enjoyed the tour.
