Zhao Dong was a really nice tour guide. We got picked up at the airport and even our flight had a nearly one and a half hour delay he waited for us. He did his best that we will have enough time at the Great Wall. The Great Wall is absolutely amazing and a must see. You should choose the walk option at the ticket office. After the small hike we went to Dongs favourite restaurant - it was amazing, you should really try the Chinese sandwich and the local noodles. Thank you for the time Dong! It was the best Stopover we ever had.
Melody was amazing ! Answered all of my questions , was very engaging and even gave us some fruit and snacks !! Was honestly one of the best tours I’ve been on , feel like I learnt a lot and had the best experience. Thank you again melody !! You were the BEST ! If you have melody as your guide feel very very lucky !!
I would definitely recommend this tour, well worth doing on a layover. I had 9 hours and dong timed it perfectly- I think you could do the trip with even less time. Very efficient, friendly tour guide.
