We had two very good guides, Lasa and Rob. They were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. For better or for worse, we came at a time when the lakes were still mostly frozen, so we couldn’t take the cruise to Spirit Island. It only means we will have to come back at another time.

First, start your tour in Jasper, filled with shops, restaurants, and panoramic views in all directions. Learn interesting facts and stories about this charming town. Then, head to Maligne Canyon measured over 50 meters deep. Stand above the massive walls of the canyon and enjoy the stunning views of rushing waterfalls.

Continue the tour to Medicine Lake and discover the mystery of the disappearing water. End the tour by experiencing the scenic lake cruise of Maligne Lake. The views of Spirit Island will leave you in awe. Please note that during the shoulder season, the tour does not include a Maligne Lake Cruise; instead, spend more time exploring Jasper National Park. Finally, return to Jasper where your memorable day concludes.

bus didn't turn up. we waited 20mins. no messages to say what was happening. couldn't get hold of company via message or phone. now trying to get hold of someone for a refund as money leaves your bank when you book
