Nobody came to pick us up from our hotel at 5am like it says in the email. We called, then we got the answer that the driver comes again at 6:20am. Nobody came. Also nobody answers the phone. Worst experience in Hawaii so far. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Pick up was behind the building! But it wasn't a problem because we asked there the day before. We were picked up on time. The driver was very friendly and nice. You manage to get up and down within the allotted time frame. It was worth it!
