This was an amazing experience, and a well worth day out! what I would say though is that the que to retrieve the tickets is unbelievably long and you’ll need to allow at least a hour for this, there are 3 separate lines at all filter to the same place and is hugely inefficient. This is no fault of the trip provider but it is something to be aware of as you could easily miss the guided tour if enough time is not allowed for this part. Also the food vouchers are a waste of time and literally don’t cover anything so you’ll have to be prepared to add to these to get any food or drink. The trip itself is a wonderful experience and well worth the money. It’s worth visiting the city gate outlet on your way out as it’s opposite the cable car station and has the most amazing discounts on designer brands.
