Couldn’t book my slot at Macau tower due to technical issues & it took too much time to resolve the issue even after explaining my situation as solo traveler. Didn’t take up the matter on an urgent basis. I had to pay from my pocket to visit Macau tower (198$, can confirm from the attraction). I demand refund of this amount due to go city, get ur guide n attractions negligence n incompetence to solve the issue on an urgent basis. I wasted my 2 hours at Macau tower in order to get the booking voucher & on go city’s representative request. Please look into the matter n refund the amount asap.
