You'll be warmly welcomed to our Distillery lounge, where you'll get to know your host and group for the evening. Enjoy an arrival cocktail as we introduce you to Holyrood. Hear about our story and the world of modern Scottish gin production. Moving through to our Spirits Lab, we'll put your nose to the test with our sensory perception challenge! We'll take you through the key elements involved in our gin production, and showcase our Height of Arrows story - where you'll hear about our brand origins and local legends. Learn more about how gin is produced, and what makes our recipe stand out from the crowd. You'll enjoy a tasting each of our 4 gin expressions, and hear about how we manipulate flavour using innovative techniques. I enjoyed the tour here, the tour guide Dave Is very kind and he aswered all the question, the experience of trying different types of whisky even If they're a new distillery, the taste is quite good. A New and different experience
