Our guide was waiting with a name sign just after walking off the plane, ushered into the fast lane at immigration, max 5mins. We had to pick up our luggage and transit to a domestic flight which they assisted with. Highly recommend, money well spent!!!

Definitely recommend! Skipped the very long immigration queue, we were met when we got off the plane and escorted through immigration. The guide stayed with us to help us collect our bags, checking that one had definitely made it as it came out much later than the other. She even helped us find our airport transfer once out of the airport. We had been through immigration, collected our bags and made it to our taxi within about 30 mins.

Meet your personal hostess at Tan Son Nhat Airport (International Terminal) after a long flight and enjoy the Fast Track Immigration premium service.

International Arrival Flight. When passenger arrives at the Terminal Gate. Your host will meet and greets you at passenger boarding bridge (recognize passenger board with your name on it). Your host will assist you through the application for a visa upon arrival service and then take your through customs via the "Premium Immigration Lane". Then your host will assist you to luggage claim area and your concierge fast tracks you through Customs and escorts you and your guests to your onward transportation or to your host for transportation to the hotel.

Such a good idea to book this service on both arrival and departure from SGN! The normal line at immigration was huge and moved so slowly. Our guide escorted us to the front of the line. Brilliant! Highly recommend!
