Meet us at the Verudela resort area, on Histria beach, and be introduced to the theory and techniques of kayaking, and the rules of conduct on the tour. You will recognize us by the logo 'Metta Float Outdoor Adventures' on the white wooden hut. After the intro on the land, it's then time to set off on your nocturnal sea kayaking adventure. The transparent bottom of the kayak equipped with led lights will allow you to peak into the sleeping underwater world of the Adriatic sea. Kayak along the coast, where the sea depth is around 4-8 meters, so that you can watch everything that's happening on the sea floor. Imagine that you have a huge snorkelling mask but you don't have to get wet to observe what is going on under the sea. Experience transparent kayaking the way it's supposed to be. During the tour, catch a glimpse of various types of marine life. Your guide will also make sure that you have your once-in-a-lifetime memory immortalized as pictures and videos. Don't forget to look up at the starry sky and take in the heavens.

The sea and coast of the Pula region are truly unique at any time of the day, but the atmosphere is even more special at night when everything is shrouded in silence and lit by the moon and stars. Throughout this activity you can get rid of any tension whilst gliding along the surface of the sea and enjoying the romantic views of sleeping sailboats. You will begin by picking up the equipment according to your height, weight, and previous experience with stand-up paddling boarding. You will then go through a 10-minute ntroduction at the SUP center where you will cover the theory of basic SUP techniques. When you have covered everything you have learned on land, you will head out on tour around the island and inside of the bay, allowing you to peek into the underwater world in a new and exciting way. All SUP boards are equipped with waterproof LED lights, which create a super cool lighting spectacle beneath them.

There’s no better way to start or end your day than on a stand-up paddleboard, surrounded by the serenity of the sea, practicing yoga. Our SUP Yoga classes offer a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, and connection with nature. Morning classes begin at 8:30 am, and evening sessions at 6:00 pm, each lasting about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Before the class, you’ll enjoy a 10-minute introduction to stand-up paddleboarding, where our experienced and friendly instructor will guide you through the basics and share helpful tips to boost your confidence on the water. Once you’re comfortable, you’ll paddle to our SUP yoga buoy, securely tie your board, and embark on a yoga journey like no other.
