Excellent commentary, easy to use and find stops, a fantastic way to explore the city in a short period of time. Harbor Cruise exclusively in German without any provision for other languages, but I guess we chose the wrong departure.
Friendly bus driver and boat crew, smooth journeys and informative English commentary on bus (via headphones) with a good feel for Hamburg. Harbour tour great, especially up close to the enormous container ships. Would have liked it if boat had gone inland a little via the canals, and also no English commentary on the boat (but I remembered enough of my school German lessons to get the gist).
