Our tour guide was fantastic—well-informed, knowledgeable about the tour, and provided warm hospitality. The breakfast was also great. However, the only downside was that when we made our reservation, we specified a pickup location, but the Polynesian tour company changed it to a spot 11 kilometers away from our hotel without prior agreement. As a result, my partner and I had to pay $100 for a taxi since Uber wasn’t available at 3:00 AM. If you’re booking a tour, be sure to confirm and request a more convenient pickup location to avoid unexpected costs.
Well organized trip. Enjoyed the sunrise with a great guide. Breakfast location was beautiful. Suggest including guidance to guests to bring blankets and gloves
The ride down the mountain was amazing and our guide had a lot of information to share about the island and the vegetation. We had a great time!
Such an amazing experience. We had the best pilot ever. He explained everything very well, told stories , took care and so much more
