Things to do in Gyeongju

Initially, I was hesitant to book this trip, as it wasn’t my first choice—other tours were fully booked. However, I ended up with no regrets at all! My experience at the Geongsu Three Kingdoms Capital was incredible. The trip gave me a deep understanding of South Korea’s rich history and culture, which was both enlightening and fascinating. Our English-speaking guide, Katrina, was absolutely fantastic. She was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly warm and bubbly. She welcomed all our questions with patience and made the entire group feel comfortable and included throughout the tour. One of the highlights was walking along the same paths as ancient people once did. It felt like stepping back in time. I also enjoyed seeing many tourists dressed in traditional Korean costumes, capturing photoshoots against the backdrop of the historic buildings.
