I wasn't able to attend my original date due to personal reasons, they said there was no refund available. The next day I asked if I could retake my class, they said yes! My husband and I got special treatment it was only us. Classes were held outside with a beautiful view. They offered us water, mineral water, soda, beer & wine. I felt like I was at my family's friends house because of their generous hospitality. Majority of the class was instructed by the cook, but there was a huge language barrier, the host was actually the only one who spoke good english. I wish the cook spoke more english to be able to talk about his techniques rather than just doing majority of the work for us. I took a pasta class in Rome and the instructor allowed us to to everything on our own without putting his hands on our food so we can learn. I wish there was more of that, but again it was hard to understand.

Absolutely stunning and beautiful. Bad signage for the path to the upper plaza. Careful coming back. Pay attention to the path turnoff or you will end up on the road with no shoulders until you get to a path back down where it is safer.
