Gavin took our family on a great Switzerland skiing experience. Although only one of us ended up skiing, Gavin drove us all to the little ski town of Murren and we enjoyed the town, lunch, shopping etc while our son skied. We all got to ride the gondola to the town and experience the Switzerland ski chalet vibe! Our son enjoyed skiing with Gavin and learned quite a bit from his lesson. Gavin communicated well prior to the trip and worked out a great itinerary for our trip! He is very knowledgeable, flexible and easy to work with!

The day starts with private car pick-up anywhere in Switzerland. Your guide will drive you to a ski resort that is suitable for your skiing skills. Here you will enjoy an unforgettable winter experience in the fairytale-like landscape of the Swiss Alps.

Our all-round service includes the following:
• private car pick-up and drop-off between your accommodation and the ski resort
• advice on which ski resort to visit
• help with equipment rental
• teaching you the basics of skiing as long as the ski resort is open (4:30pm or 5pm in any ski resort)
• help with organizing alternative activities in the ski resort such as sledging and snowshoe hiking. This case is relevant if you are a group and not all of you want to ski.

Know before you go

  • Please note that in the summer (roughly from the end of April to mid-October) skiing is only possible in Zermatt. If you plan to ski during this time, please contact us first before making the booking. Skiing during this time can't always be guaranteed and depends on weather conditions.
  • This tour will take place rain or shine.
  • Please note that if you are more than 6 people and beginners in skiing we highly recommend to rent an additional ski teacher locally in the ski resort.
  • Please note that for very late bookings (1 day before the tour) we can't always guarantee a tour guide that speaks your chosen language. If a guide in your language is not available we will give you an English-speaking guide instead. If you can't accept an English speaking guide, please ask us first if a guide that speaks your language is available before you make the payment.
