On the way, admire the very picturesque waterfalls of the Saut du Loup with emerald colored pools. Then, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a charming medieval village that is called the "City of Violets.” On its streets, you will find the workshops of ceramists, painters, sculptors, leather craftsmen, and weavers. To complete the tour, visit one of the best-preserved fortified villages in the South of France, namely St. Paul de Vence. You will visit the castle, built in the 9th century, and its sumptuous garden, dissected by Lenotre. Enjoy a stop to visit the waterfall 40metres high in the Gorges du Loup. The next stop is the medieval village Tourette Sur Loup, settled on a rocky buttress, overhanging precipices. Also know as Cite des Violettes, this village became a meeting place for musicians, painters, writers, and poets in the middle of the 1920s. This intimate experience, limited to 20 participants per session, allows you to choose from 40 essences and leave with a 30ml bottle of your personalized creation after 45 minutes of crafting.
