From Hazyview, the tour begins as it climbs towards the town of Graskop and the southernmost point of the Blyde River Canyon. Enjoy the panorama route which encompasses some spectacular scenery. Discover breathtaking views of the Blyde River Canyon and out over the endless Lowveld and beyond. Travel along the edge of the escarpment, to look out points offering magnificent views including God’s Window, Wonder View and the Three Rondawels. Along the route, visit the famous Bourke’s Luck Potholes – deep cylindrical cavities formed by thousands of years of water erosion at the confluence of the Blyde and Treur Rivers. Pilgrim’s Rest is also well worth a visit. This old mining town was established during the heady days of the gold rush in the late 1800’s, and the whole town is now lovingly preserved as a national monument. At lunchtime the tour will stop back in Graskop so you can have lunch at a restaurant, and if time permits, you can spend a while browsing in local shops or along the pavements. Street vendors sell an amazing variety of goods – from nuts and fruit to beaded necklaces and carved wooden animals. South of Graskop, where the Sabie River rises and numerous waterfalls tumble down the mountains, you will visit the beautiful Berlin Falls and Lisbon Falls on the way back to Hazyview.

The viewpoint offers panoramic views of the Lowveld, stretching as far as Mozambique on a clear day. Take a leisurely walk along the rainforest trail, a short but scenic walk that offers an opportunity to spot a variety of bird species and other wildlife.

Pickup from residence, on a fully licensed vehicle and well trained professional Tourist Guide, Bottled Still water in a cooler. 1) Lisbon Falls Enjoy the most exceptional waterfall in the area, the Lisbon falls at 95 metres high situated in a farm which was ventured by the Portuguese during the gold rush in the 1800 century, the water comes from the Lisbon River. 2) Berlin falls Visit one of the small waterfalls in the area with a fascinating viewing points, enjoy the beautiful view on the 70 metres high view. 3) Blyde River Canyon Enjoy the beauty of the Blyde River Canyon this magnificent Canyon will blow your mind away with the green vegetation around it, learn about bio diversity and how the Canyon was formed thousands of million years ago, the Blyde River canyon is the third biggest Canyon in the world, the Three Rondavels on the east and the highest pick of 1 944 metres above the sea level. 4) The Bourke's Luck Potholes A unique geological formation occurs at the confluence of the Blyde and the Treur Rivers known as the Bourke'sluck Potholes, Swirling water-borne sand and stone have ground out cylindrical holes up to six metres deep in the bedrock of the river, enjoy and take pictures. 5) God's Window Explore into the most beautiful adventure, embark on a 20 minutes hike to God's Window former known as the Paradise view is the highest viewing point in the area standing at approximately 1 829 metres above the sea level, from the top is the rain forest spectacular viewing point of the Lowveld's surrounding areas. Standing near these falls, we listen to the water echoing over rocks and bask in the cool mist. - Lisbon Falls Lisbon Falls gives you another chance to reconnect with the outdoors. Here, we take a slow pace, carefully enjoying the sound of water as it crashes down.

Day 1: Departing from the Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport by 07:00am, you will travel east through the farmlands and onto the Kruger National Park. Arriving at the Adventure lodge located in Hazyview and only 15min drive away from the Phabeni Gate into the National Park, there is time check into your en-suite, air-conditioned accommodation (Chalet or tent,), freshen up and depart on your first Open vehicle safari drive in the Kruger National Park. This safari drive is for around 2 to 2 and Half hours. Return to the Lodge at Sunset for a beverage and dinner Day 2: Following an early wake-up call, there will be time for tea or coffee and rusks before departing for a full day open vehicle safari drive from approximately 06:00 to 15:30. Brunch is included along your route, and your guide will also stop for you to purchase refreshments further during the day. Dinner is served under the stars at the Private Lodge on the outskirts of the National Park. Day 3: Breakfast is served at the Lodge before departing on a full tour of the Panorama Route, home to the 3rd Largest canyon in the world and the largest vegetated canyon in the work. The 8 hour tour takes you to sites such as, Gods Window, Bourkes Luck Potholes, the Blyde River Canyon, 3 Rondavals, 1 of the numerous waterfalls along the route, Graskop and Pilgrams rest. Lunch is on your own account at one of the many stops along route. After a full day of scenic wonders, you will return to the lodge for a welcoming cold beverage and dinner. Day 4: You wake up early again and depart on an optional sunrise safari drive in the open safari vehicle. Explore an extensive network of elevated walkways, suspension bridges, and interactive exhibits through 500 m of forest trails and across streams. Stop to buy lunch at a local restaurant along the way and if time permits, spend some more time browsing in local shops or wandering the streets. Admire wares from local vendors along the way, from nuts and fruits to beaded necklaces and carved wooden animals. Visit the Berlin and Lisbon Falls South of Graskop where the Sabie River rises, and marvel at the numerous waterfalls tumbling down the mountain. Finish the tour here before returning to accommodations in Hazyview.

Start with pickup from your hotel in Hazyview. Make your way to "God's Window" which provides a magnificent view of the Lowveld landscape. Next, travel to Burke's Luck potholes where you will see the splendor of the Blyde River and Truer River coming together shaping the rocks into curved eroded formations. Continue to the Three Rondavels, an ancient geological wonder which resembles the round-shaped huts of the nearby tribes. Proceed to Swadini Aventura, where you will enjoy a boat cruise and get the opportunity to learn about the rich vegetation, birdlife, animals, and marine life of the region. After a relaxing cruise, be returned to your hotel.

There are multiple cultural and natural points of interest located along the route. One can expect to visit places such as Bourkes Luck Potholes, Lisbon Falls, Berlin Falls and Gods Window. During the journey, guests will learn about the rich history associated with the area and get to appreciate the magnificent sites that this route offers. Guests will be collected at the departure time and spend most of the day exploring this incredible area. For this activity, guests will be in an air-conditioned vehicle for their comfort. A lunch stop during the route will take place at another famous landmark called Harries Pancakes (they offer a variety of options on their menu). The Panorama Route is a must for anyone visiting the area!

This tour begins in Gauteng with a short tour of Johannesburg and Soweto After 1 night's stay in Centurion we will spend a full day traversing the panorama route in Blyde river canyon system in Drakensberg mountains followed by checking into the beautiful Sabi Sands game reserve greater Kruger Day 3 4 and 5 will be spent in Sabi sands filled with game drives and bush walks and free time at the lodges. There is nothing better than sleeping in the Lowveld and listening to the wildlife noises around you Day 6 and 7 will be spent in the beautiful Timbivati private game reserve greater Kruger with more photographic game drives and bush walks and also a massive chance of photographing the last of our wild white lions in Africa. Day 8 wil be spent as a full day in central Kruger National park between skukuza and olifants camps with alot of emphasis on photographic opportunities and a check in to Balule private game reserve greater Kruger. Day 9 and 10 wil be spent in Balule game reserve filled with game drives and a hands on conservations effort depending on availability at the time. On day 11 you will be transfered back to Johannesburg or any . of your choice and this will conclude your tour. All transfers, 4 to 5 star accomodation and 3 3course meals per day all included.
