Puerto Rico: 4-Hour Catamaran Excursion in the South

They put us on the wrong boat - asked which one and ended up on the big cat! Beware!

This was a very average excursion, however where it went badly to start off, it was not written anywhere on the advertisement that if you wanted a seat/bed above deck you had to pay 15€ per bed extra. Then the best part that caused upset was it lists on the advertisement unlimited drinks however it does not state they will extort you to pay a deposit on a cup. To make matters worse at the end of the excursion I went to claim my deposit back and they refused stating “this is your cup we don’t give you your money back”. We thought this was the last of the issues however we were further traumatised by exiting the boat where a complete disregard for health and safety occurred and the crew did not secure the bridge to the land from the boat. This lead to the bridge falling into the water of a height of approx 3 metres where 2 fellow customers fell with the bridge into the water and were centimetres away from scraping there faces of on the concrete harbour. They were completely wet&scared.
