Overall rating
The tour leader taught us how to use and ride on the segways, giving us time to practice before we started the tour. Easy to learn, intuitive. He was also very informative in touring Genova, and had planned a route that was segway friendly. We did the longer, 2.5 hour tour, definitely worth it. This was a good way to see the heart of Genova and the waterfront. It's pretty compact.
Lively and engaging tour guide who managed to involve my husband (who does not speak italian) with English whilst not detracting from the rhythm of the tour for the rest of the group. Fascinating insights into the history of these palaces. Most enjoyable.
Great tour. Great way to learn about the city and culture. I appreciated we tried foods that represent Genoa and we went into places I would not have tried on my own. The group was small which was nice and our guide was super friendly. Highly recommend!
Matt was so enthusiastic and made our tour super fun. Matt knew all the ins and outs of Genova and it was a great tour! He is clearly super passionate about his home town. 10/10 recommend.
