Wasn't made clear on the booking confirmation where the bus was meant to pick us up from. Lucky I checked with the provider the day before as I had assumed it was from the hotel but was actually from a bus stop 100m down the street. Some delays along the way with other passengers who weren't at their meeting points - perhaps due to the same confusion we had. Suggest pick up location is made clearer in the future.

we accidently waited in the wrong place. the driver called us and was super friendly and accomodating in picking us up from our location even though we made a mistake. trip and drop off were great and the return service was punctual.
