We were very lucky to do our Fuji tour with Achmed and it couldn't have been better! From the very beginning he created a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere while he delighted us with exciting explanations and interesting stories about the region. We were particularly impressed by his flexibility and dedication - he took an incredible amount of time for us and even deliberately extended the tour so that we could relax longer in the onsen. He also gave us great insider tips that made our trip even more unforgettable. Achmed is not only an excellent guide but also a really nice person who made every minute of his time with him fun. We can recommend him without reservation - if you want to experience Mount Fuji and the surrounding area, you should definitely not miss this tour!

Hadi was amazing. He had great suggestions for what to do and when. This is much better than the larger tours and if you have a big enough group (even 3 or 4 people would be enough) the cost is not that different from the big coach tours. This meant we could stop wherever we liked, he also told us when to do certain things to avoid the most crowded times as well as sorting out tickets for us and even queuing so that we could spend more time on activities. Hadi really made this day for us (it also helped that it was a beautiful clear day to see Mt Fuji from many different angles!) I highly recommend this tour and specifically Hadi. He was courteous and polite throughout and really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great day.

Mirza was great! Customize itinerary to our needs. At no point did we feel rushed. We had just the right amount of time at every stop we desired. It was a great day!

We were lucky it was clear day and we saw mt fuji. Not too many people. Ali was so knowledgable and accommodating. He was great with the kids.
