A lovely way to experience the wineries if you are visiting Cape Town. And we were so very lucky to have Candice (our guide) and Mabee (our driver). They were just awesome and part of the reason that our trip went so well. We started off the trip with a short drop off at Stellenbosch town. We then move on to our first winery, Lanzerac wine estate. We opted the tour that did not include wine tasting fees so we could choose the tastings that we wanted. We visited another winery before we hopped on the tram. Cos the tram we visited 3 more wineries. It was an awesome day. We were very looked after by Candice and Mabee
There was an endless supply of wine to try and even in some cases there was gin. Everything was priced exceptionally well. All the staff were also extremely friendly and made the day enjoyable. We definitely recommend if you enjoy wine and also want to see a part of South Africa that isn’t one of the main cities.
Wow ! All i can say is wow, if you are thinking of doing the wine tram. Do it ! Especially visit Boschendal, they were incredible and treated me so nicely on my birthday. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
