le guide était très gentil. par contre, nous avons été à la course pour la visite des vignobles étant donné l'heure tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivés (midi). le RDV était à 8h15. il nous a amené visiter une ville, un musée ce qui n'était pas dans le programme. nous n'avons pas non plus eu les bouteilles d'eau tel que convenu. une de nos amie a été malade et le chauffeur s'est très bien occupé d'elle ce qui a été très apprécié

Absolutely outrageous! The promised ride on the wine tram didn't happen. We were told in the car that the tickets hadn't been booked and that we would have to ask for tickets on site on the off chance. Of course we didn't get any tickets. We were very disappointed... we then went on a wine tour by car - Leon tried very hard. But we didn't get our money back for the wine tram tickets! We are really angry. It's unacceptable that they promise us a ride on the tram, don't keep their promise and then don't even refund the part of the tickets we paid for. Customer service just keeps saying that there's nothing they can do!!
