We will PREPARE 3 TYPES of FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù. You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared. After meeting your guide and boarding the coach, drive to the Chianti region. On the way to the first winery, your guide will share interesting facts and curiosities about the landmarks you will see along the route. Arrive at the first “cantina” of the day, where you will be welcomed by the winemakers. After listening to a brief introduction about the winery’s history and the types of wine made there, join a guided tour of the facilities and nearby vineyards.
