I wanted to buy a ticket for the Galleria dell’Accademia from the official website but apparently none were available for the days I was staying in Firenze but plenty were available at different prices via a 3rd party. I chose this one because it was a reduced price, booked on the same day as the visit and paid only 2 euros more than the official website. It provided the entrance ticket and an audio guide via an App. All instructions (meeting point, tickets, app for the audio guide) were provided on time and very clear. The App containing the audio guide worked quite well during the visit and provided enough information, though it cannot be compared to the visit with a guide which would have been more instructive. Overall very good experience and value.

Meet one of the activity provider's representatives and exchange your voucher for an entry ticket. Skip the line for the ticket office and enter through a special entrance.

In the main hall, admire Michelangelo’s iconic statue of David and some of his incomplete works that also showcase his incredible carving skills.

Make your way through the Gipsoteca, and see original plaster models by 19th-century Florentine sculptors. You can also check out original musical instruments from the Medici collection, including 3 by Stradivarius.

Continue to the painting galleries of the museum and view artworks by medieval and Renaissance artists. Finally, head to the top floor to see impressive Medieval altarpieces.

Meeting point

Meet one of the activity provider's staff in front of the Carrefour Express Supermarket and exchange your voucher for a physical ticket. Look for the person holding a white flag with ‘ENJOY ROME’ written on it.
