Flamenco Beach

Discover an area off the beaten path on this full-day catamaran tour to the Cordillera Islands. Departing from Puerto Del Rey Marina in Fajardo, the 50-55 minute journey on the high-speed power catamaran will take you to the beautiful Cordillera Islands, off the coast of Fajardo. Upon arriving at the Cordillera Islands, the captain will decide which beach will have the best conditions for the day, usually Flamenco or Culebrita Beach are the preferred locations but Culebra has other beautiful options, all depending on water conditions. Spend the afternoon swimming, snorkeling, beachcombing, sunbathing, or relaxing on the roof deck. Throughout the day, the bar onboard the catamaran is open for all guests with Piña Coladas, Rum Punch, sodas, iced teas, and juices. A sumptuous lunch is served on board, including fresh fruit, cold cuts, fresh bread, salads, and chips.

Leave Fajardo and set sail to explore the beauty of Culebra on a Newton power boat. Relax with some drinks, tuck into a buffet and enjoy snorkelling in the crystal clear waters before visiting Flamenco Beach. Meet your captain at the dock at Villa Marina to begin your trip. Jump aboard the boat, relax and enjoy the ride to Culebra's beautiful reefs. Stop at the beautiful coral reef, and soak in the stunning views.  Splash into the clear waters to swim or snorkel if you like. Look out for sea turtles, stingrays, and other sea life like starfish and sea urchins that lurk underneath the turquoise waters. Visit Luis Peña, Carlos Rosario, Melones, or Punta Soldado and marvel at these stunning Caribbean islands. Then, enjoy swimming or just relaxing and sunbathing at your leisure. Continue sailing to your next beach stop, the iconic Flamenco Beach. Walk along the pristine sandy beach that stretches miles, and make sure you get that picture-perfect Instagram photo that will get you hundreds of likes. Feeling hungry? Don't worry; you can tuck into a buffet of cold meats, cheeses and other delicious foods accompanied by fresh seasonal fruitand tropical rum to clench your thirst.

Enjoy the food, the drinks, the magic of snorkeling in an underwater nature reserve, and the unmistakable sand and waters of world-famous Flamenco Beach. Start your day with pickup from one of the locations in the San Juan, Isla Verde, Rio Grande, Luquillo, and Fajardo areas. Ride comfortably with a professional driver in an air-conditioned vehicle. Arrive at the Ceiba Ferry Terminal with your ticket in hand and board the 9:00 AM ferry for a 1-hour boat ride to the stunning island of Culebra. The ferry is an 80-foot vessel with plenty of seating and a restroom on board. Enjoy views of El Yunque Rainforest and the islands of Icacos, Palomino, Vieques, and even St. Thomas in the distance. Arrive in Culebra around 10:00 AM and enjoy this tranquil paradise however you choose. Walk through the small town area to a local bakery, grab a taxi straight to Flamenco for the day, or rent a vehicle and explore every corner of this beautiful island. Visit the cozy downtown for souvenirs and beverages, snorkel in an underwater nature reserve at Melones or Tamarindo Beach, visit the natural coastline and stunning views of Zoni Beach, take a hike up and over the hill to Carlos Rosario Beach, or just relax in the jaw-dropping scenery of Flamenco Beach. At the completion of a full day of adventure, exploration, and relaxation, board the 3:30 PM ferry to return to the mainland. When arriving back in Ceiba, your driver will be ready and waiting for you. Upon drop off at your local hotel or meeting point, you will have experienced one of the best days available in all of Puerto Rico and have the pictures and memories to prove it.
