Discover an area off the beaten path on this full-day catamaran tour to the Cordillera Islands. Departing from Puerto Del Rey Marina in Fajardo, the 50-55 minute journey on the high-speed power catamaran will take you to the beautiful Cordillera Islands, off the coast of Fajardo. Upon arriving at the Cordillera Islands, the captain will decide which beach will have the best conditions for the day, usually Flamenco or Culebrita Beach are the preferred locations but Culebra has other beautiful options, all depending on water conditions. Spend the afternoon swimming, snorkeling, beachcombing, sunbathing, or relaxing on the roof deck. Throughout the day, the bar onboard the catamaran is open for all guests with Piña Coladas, Rum Punch, sodas, iced teas, and juices. A sumptuous lunch is served on board, including fresh fruit, cold cuts, fresh bread, salads, and chips.

Once you arrive at El Yunque Forest, the real adventure begins. After a quick safety orientation and receiving your life vest, you’ll leave the ordinary behind along with anything you don’t want getting wet and step into a world of vibrant greenery, rushing waters, and untamed beauty. As you hike along jungle trails, your guide will share fascinating stories, legends, and facts about this sacred forest from rare plants and wildlife to the cultural significance of El Yunque in Puerto Rican heritage. After about 25 minutes of trekking, you’ll reach your first destination: a hidden natural pool tucked deep in the rainforest. Swing from ropes, jump from cliffs of varying heights, or simply soak in the cool, refreshing water. But the adventure doesn’t end there. Continue your climb to a second, more secluded pool where nature turns into a playground. Here, you’ll slide down smooth volcanic rock into the water a favorite moment for many! After enjoying both natural pools, you’ll make your way back down the trail to rinse off and celebrate your experience with complimentary snacks and good vibes.

Head out of Fajardo on a boat cruise to snorkel in Puerto Rico's aquamarine sea. Sit back and relax on your cruise as you feel the salty breeze on your skin. After your snorkeling adventure, tuck into a light lunch onboard before continuing your water journey to discover Icacos Island and its pristine beach. From the meeting point Marina Puerto Chico in Fajardo, start the day with a local pastry while receiving an overview of the itinerary for the day. Prepare yourself by protecting your skin from sun exposure and using the restrooms available in the marina. Once the group is ready, head on board. Feel the breeze and mist of the Caribbean waters while sailing towards your destination on Icacos Island, located around 4 nautical miles from the marina. Listen to music and see sites en route, with the El Yunque National Forest and the Fajardo Lighthouse being among the most eye-catching. At your first stop, embark on a guided snorkeling experience and explore the rich surrounding marine life. After snorkeling, try out refreshing complimentary local drinks at the onboard bar, such as a Piña Colada or the signature Coco Libre. You meet your tour guide at Yagrumo restobar in Fajardo. From there you will do a short drive to the hike area. No Uber/Taxi allowed. Bring shoes you don't mind getting completely muddy and wet. Leave Fajardo and set sail to explore the beauty of Culebra on a Newton power boat. Relax with some drinks, tuck into a buffet and enjoy snorkelling in the crystal clear waters before visiting Flamenco Beach. Meet your captain at the dock at Villa Marina to begin your trip. Jump aboard the boat, relax and enjoy the ride to Culebra's beautiful reefs. Stop at the beautiful coral reef, and soak in the stunning views.  Splash into the clear waters to swim or snorkel if you like. Look out for sea turtles, stingrays, and other sea life like starfish and sea urchins that lurk underneath the turquoise waters. Visit Luis Peña, Carlos Rosario, Melones, or Punta Soldado and marvel at these stunning Caribbean islands. Then, enjoy swimming or just relaxing and sunbathing at your leisure. Continue sailing to your next beach stop, the iconic Flamenco Beach. Don't worry; you can tuck into a buffet of cold meats, cheeses and other delicious foods accompanied by fresh seasonal fruitand tropical rum to clench your thirst. 

Spend a day in the sun with lunch and specialty drinks includes, taking you out on the clear waters of the Caribbean and along the Fajardo coastline aboard a catamaran. Set sail in the morning from Puerto del Rey Marina, the largest and best-kept marina in the Caribbean. On board the catamaran's deck you will enjoy beautiful views of the mountains in the El Yunque National Forest, as well as the beaches along the Fajardo coastline. After a comfortable sail of about 45 minutes, you will anchor at one of the small deserted islands and cays off the northeast coast of Puerto Rico. Normally it is the island of Icacos, but the captain will sometimes head to Cayo Lobo or Palominos if the conditions are better for the day. Once you arrive, spend the next 1.5 hours walking on the beach, beachcombing, and swimming in the crystal clear waters. Return on board to enjoy our deli style buffet lunch. Sodas, water, and juices are also available, and those with a taste for the sweeter things in life will want to sample the specialty piña coladas and tropical rum punch. When you have eaten your fill, the boat will head a short distance out and anchor over the reef for another 1 or 2 hours of swimming or relaxing.
