Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise

We had Ben as our tour guide around Banff. Ben was a fantastic tour guide, he was informative about Banff’s various places, their names, some history, recommendations. He came with us at all of the stops and answered questions we had, even off the bus. He was a very enthusiastic tour guide. We loved it. The stops were enjoyable. The views of the mountains are mesmerizing. We were a group of around 20-30 people, and at the stops we were free to go where we wanted. Our guide shared with us his knowledge and recommendations right before getting to the stops. I would say the canyons were more impressive than the lakes in my opinion (during the winter) so I would definitely recommend tours of a canyon (we did Marble Canyon instead of the Johnston Canton due to weather conditions). The provided crampons for Marble Canyon were very useful for the hike. All in all, my partner and I were extremely satisfied with the trip and could not have asked for better value for our money.
