Excellent. We were coming in a Viking Cruise Line charter and the flight # wasn't recognized by the software. I was emailed a few times and repeated the details but wasn't certain message was getting through. However, after I got through luggage retrieval, there was the driver with my name on a placard. He took a picture of me and placard to sent to system, then helped with all the luggage. Got us to the hotel safely and had to check that the trunk was empty before he left. We were delighted with him and the experience.

Pre pick up communication was excellent. I understood exactly how things should work - and they did! My driver was communicative, friendly, and very helpful. He couldn't park near my hotel due to road closures, but parked as close as possible and then took me and my luggage to the hotel door on foot. I felt very safe with him.
