After a little bit of pick-up confusion and very good communication on WhatsApp, we got to go on our private felucca boat ride. Our hotel was on the Nile, and we were picked up from the river, no vehicle transport necessary, which was a bonus. Our guide was fantastic! He captained the felucca, answered our questions and pointed out things. The ride went around Elephantine island, passing by the Aswan Botanic Garden. It was fun and relaxing, with a Sun Pyramids representative and felucca captain, totally recommend!

Returning from Abu Simbel later than the scheduled sailing time, customer service was very active in communicating with the guide and the boat to arrange for us to leave at 5:00 a.m., circling the island just in time to see the sunset, and finally taking us to the Old Falls Restaurant to see the most beautiful evening sunsets.
