We rented an ATV for the day and drove to El Limón ourselves. The directions are coordinates to exactly the right spot, you can see a small sign that says. We were greeted very warmly with coffee. They showed us their shop which directly supports the local community. They let us eat fresh cacao plant from their farm. The horses were well tamed, they provide young men to walk with you. You have to tip them separately. The trail itself is quite an adventure so wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty or wet. You ride to a small little cafe near the waterfalls. We got two piña coladas after swimming. The waterfall is absolutely beautiful, bring water shoes if you can. We were not rushed to finish swimming and the guides watch your stuff, ours even took some stunning pictures of us when asked. We returned to a delicious lunch of beans, chicken, salad, rice, etc. This experience is 100% worth it and I highly recommend for all ages. Thank you Aquiles y su esposa.

I recently did the tour to Samaná, and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! The day was full of adventure and started with the trip to Salto El Limón. Riding the horse through the beautiful trails to the waterfall was a unique experience, and when we finally got there, it was simply breathtaking. The water was cool and refreshing, and the scenery looked like a postcard. After that, we continued to Cayo Levantado, and wow that was paradise! The soft white sand, clear turquoise water, and relaxed atmosphere were the perfect way to end the tour. The guides were super friendly, full of energy, and kept the group in a good mood all day long. This tour is not for someone who doesn't like adventure or is bothered by little things. But if you're ready to enjoy the fun and beauty of the Dominican Republic, this is an absolute must

It's a full day, but it's worth it. Thomas was the guide in Samana, we begun with a coffee and snacks, then the catamaran to Samana, the open bus to the waterfall, if you don't want to ride, a guide will come with you on foot, El Limon is breathtaking, and very, very wet, after the return the bus took us to lunch, and again the catamaran to a beautiful beach where we stayed for an hour. Quite tiresome, but amazing.

It rained a little and that affected the landscape a little bit... but the excursion is beautiful... the guide was super attentive at all times, 10/10... from the bus driver who picked us up, the boat drivers who are super friendly, the whole team does an excellent job so that you can enjoy this trip... without a doubt unforgettable.
