The excursion is quite expensive, although it’s worth it, as Torres del Paine is truly magical. The journey is extremely long and very tiring, so make sure you have plenty of energy — and time to rest afterward. At the beginning of the trip, the bus heating wasn’t working — although it was eventually fixed, it would be a good idea to check this in advance before such long journeys. The food definitely needs improvement, as it’s really not good at all. Matias and Emanuel are really kind, always very willing to help, and they never lose their good spirit, even after such a long and exhausting day.
Nico and Diego were great! the excursion was very well organised! the scenery was perfect, we had a great weather. the only that can change is the part of the hiking. there are people that are slow but still want to do it. we could have spent 20 minutes more there to enjoy it without rushing it. was the last part of of trip and we left earlier than scheduled for going back to calafate. so 20 minutes more would be perfect and on time! overall a great experience with helpful and kind guides.
