Overall rating

It was well organized despite the large number of participants. Our guide was Elisabeth, who paid close attention to each person. I participated alone, but I didn't have any problems. Of course, I can recommend it to people from Japan. It was an English tour, but the meeting time was recited carefully, and as long as you don't miss anything and follow the movement after getting off the bus, there is no problem even if you are not good at English. We had more than enough free time at Jungfraujoch, 2 hours. They also set aside time to buy lunch along the way, and confirmed the location of the restrooms, so you can rest assured.

Thanks to our guides, this trip was very enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have much time spending in the area, and without the tour it would be very hard to do all included in a day. We loved the Cabel Car ride and the train rides.

The guides are very helpful. It was the best organized tour I have ever experienced, with proper timing at every stop and coverage of all important viewpoints.

the guide sofia was outstanding. she explained everything very well and organised the group of 27 people very effectively.

Had a great overall experience and would highly recommend
