This was a transfer from town up to the waterfalls. The bus was easy to find (although not labeled with any GYG signage, we walked past it to another bus, but found it easily) Pretty drive, very clean bus with 2 entry/exit doors. We had plenty of time (1 hr 45 min) to explore the falls and walk the trails leading to different viewpoints.

The Vøringsfossen waterfalls - the most famous waterfalls in Norway! Watch the waterfalls while you stand on the top of the mountain. From the safe viewing platforms and from the new stepbridge crossing the river over the waterfalls, be amazed as large amounts of water tumble down into the Måbødalen valley. STAY ON THE WATERFALLS FOR 1 HOUR & 30 MINUTES! Waterfalls have free entrance. Enjoy our tour with the lowest available rates! We offer the cheapest prices compared with the other tours in town. PRICE COMPUTATION: Our price for the whole tour - 200 NOK/17 EURO/19 USD Added charges: 49.5% government taxes 32-35% service charges because use of the Get your guide platform is not for free. Nevertheless, we still offer the cheapest prices! EURO and USD prices may vary according to the daily currency values.

  • NOTE: Our driver works in the docking terminal since the month of May. He helps to assist the boat/ship dock in the terminal area. He gets schedule from his chief as to when the boat will arrive.
  • So no worries that our schedule may be too early. We schedule it 1 hour or more after the docking time.
  • Boats normally arrive earlier than their scheduled docking time.
  • Another thing, our driver is knowledgeable about the small town and the waterfalls, please do not hesitate to talk to him.

It was good. Would have got a higher mark if bus driver narrated the trip. No dialogue at all.
