We will be eagerly awaiting your arrival at the Meeting point Ljubljana’s Dragon bridge. Once you are here and we are ready your adventure will begin. We will make our way to the bus station and then travel to Postojna. On arrival we will head to Predjama Castle where you will be able to explore and capture the most perfect pictures of your discoveries as we navigate through the day. This medieval marvel has been perched in the middle of a 123-metre-high cliff for more than 800 years behind the largest cave castle in the world, there is a network of secret tunnels which we will explore soon. We will take a break for lunch there are lots of options for you to choose from and places to enjoy a packed lunch should you wish to bring one. We will provide you with a soft drink to complement your meal. Once you are finished we will explore more, Next up is Postojna Cave. A 24.34 km long system of Karst caves. The Pivka River carved the caves like fine art which is the second-longest cave system in the nation. You will be completely drawn into the captivating underground adventure as soon as you enter. You'll be taken to a different world by the tremendous caverns, which are embellished with stunning stalactite and stalagmite formations. Shapes like the Concert Hall, Spaghetti Hall, and Brilliant leave a lasting impression with their unusual beauty. A hidden treasure within is the world's only underground cave post office which offers you the chance to send a postcard. It is truly an amazing beauty that is concealed beneath the earth's surface which is also home, sweet home for a colony of Bats. You will feel completely captivated by this magical cave that is 3 million years old. We will emerge from the cave and enjoy an above ground walk through the stunning landscapes that Postojna Cave parks has to offer. Filled with lush trees and beautiful serene rivers flowing.
