We had a great time exploring Phong Nha and Paradise Cave with Victor! He was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable of the national park and surrounding area. Jessica was very helpful in arranging the trip for us and making sure everything went smoothly, she kept in touch frequently via WhatsApp to make sure we had the best experience. Would highly recommend!!
The Paradise Cave - Phong nha Cave tour here was amazing, from the customer service to the food. The tour guide Victor and the driver were very funny, enthusiastic and kind. This is the tour that I highly recommend when visiting Vietnam.
The driving was very enjoyable and meaningful. The content delivered by Nick was an informative presentation based on facts. He was ready to help with all questions. I can only recommend it! From the pen of a Hungarian speleologist.
An experience that is absolutely worth doing if you are in these areas. I recommend this tour operator for their attention to the customer.
