Full description

Day 1: Mombasa/Diani - Tsavo East

You will be picked from your Hotel at 6.00am in the morning, drive along Mombasa Nairobi highway and arrive at Bachuma gate at around 9:00 am. Here you will begin your game watch. Visit various places including Aruba Dam (the waterhole built by british Army 1952 during Colonial time.)

After the game drive, you will check in at the Lodge in time for lunch. After lunch you will relax till 4 :00 pm and then begin an evening game drive until sundown.

Later is dinner and overnight stay at Voi Wildlife lodge.

Day 2: Tsavo East – Mombasa, Diani Beach

Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast then checkout, proceed with a game drive en route to the gate. Then exit and start the drive to Diani or the airport .

You will arrive in the afternoon which marks the end of the tour.

It was a fantastic activity, definitely worth the money! We had a great time! They let us know in advance when they would pick us up at our hotel, and then we left for Tsavo East! The first game drive was already a success thanks to Freddy! After that, we stayed at the beautiful VOI Wildlife Lodge. The rooms were standard and all equipped with mosquito nets! But the biggest asset of the stay was their waterhole! We were able to take such beautiful photos, it was unbelievable! At one point, there were about 50 elephants looking at us and the hippo was there too! Our guide did everything he could to give us the best two days and he did a great job! It's a bit of luck with the animals you get to see, but he did everything he could! Definitely book this trip, you won't regret it!!

The program was as described and the lodge was a dream. Our guide Benjamin answered all questions competently, was super attentive, made sure we didn't lack anything, was punctual and very nice. He located animals that we didn't see until much later and was able to explain all the animal tracks to us. We saw lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos and many smaller animals. As friends traveling alone, we felt safe at all times. For us it was a really successful safari with no points of criticism. Thank you very much Benjamin!
