Our guide, Aileen, was polite and friendly, and took care of our group throughout the tour, assuring that everybody was present and safe. She provided precise historical information and explained the facts simply but essentially, so that everybody understood. In such a historical spot, it was mainly thanks to her, that the organised tour really worth it!
A good tour and a great guide. José was very helpful and clear with his guide. I also found when asked challenging questions he answered as best he could, and when he did not know the answer he admitted it (unlike other tours I have been on in the past) thank you
The tour was excellent! Despite the sadness of visiting a place that brought so much suffering to so many, it was good to visit, to learn more! Our guide was truly wonderful, a simple and caring person. Thank you.
Very informative yet heavy tour. The tour guide was so lovely, pointing out parts of the exhibit that would be more personal for each of the group. Definitely worth the cost!
