The train was a wonderful experience especially for the train enthusiast with us. The entertainment was very popular. The palaces were very charming and our Guide Huan ( one ) was very informative. As it was a hot day she kept us hydrated with supplies of water and plenty of “Happy place” stops. Sadly the train is only a one way ride so we had a long journey back to our hotels by bus. So with the early start it made for a long day. Overall it was a good trip with a very good guide and driver.
The My Son sanctuary includes a Hindu temple complex that was built between the 9th and 12th centuries. It is worth getting up early for the morning tour, because the special atmosphere of this place can be felt before the crowds of tourists arrive. We had a very knowledgeable guide who gave explanations and tips on the construction and history.
An excursion stands and falls with the guide: on this excursion you can look forward to a helpful, friendly and nice guide who will share a lot of information with you. If you are looking for a transfer from Hue to Hoi An and want to combine it with sightseeing, you can't go wrong with this tour.
We had a great experience exploring Marble Mountains and My Son Sanctuary with our guide, Thien. The tour was well-paced, and Thien provided interesting insights that made the visit even more special. Highly recommend!
