I loved it! Especially the agent on station 11 she was so sweet, and helped us out a lot! If you have a chance to meet her please do so! She directed us on how to go to another city as well. She is amazing! I highly recommend this tour, you can explore almost everything in Heraklion as there is 2 lines for the bus (beaches).
