Embark on an unforgettable journey through the picturesque Traslasierra Valley, starting at 08:30 am with a hotel pickup. This expedition takes you through the mesmerizing Camino de las Altas Cumbres and the rugged Pampa de Achala, unveiling a mesmerizing mountain environment. Along the way, we'll pass through the Quebrada del Condorito National Park and the Pampa de Achala Provincial Water Reserve, protecting unique flora and fauna, including the majestic Andean Condor. Our initial destination is Mina Clavero, renowned for its breathtaking natural landscapes and a river classified among the Seven Natural Wonders of the country. Here, we'll enjoy a brief city tour to explore the hidden gems of this charming town. You'll have the freedom to savor local cuisine at a nearby restaurant during your lunch break. Continuing our adventure, we'll visit Villa Cura Brocher, a place rich in history and home to the legacy of the Cordoban saint. Nestled in nature, this town boasts a river with healing properties. Our stop will include a visit to the house where Santo Brochero resided, the oratory, and the House of Spiritual Exercises, offering a glimpse into the region's spiritual heritage. In the afternoon, we'll venture to Nono, a tranquil mountain town where you can immerse yourself in natural landscapes, explore the central square, and delve into the intriguing "Rocsen Museum," a multifaceted treasure trove of knowledge. After approximately 11 hours of exploration, we'll return you to your central hotel, concluding this extraordinary journey.

What is it about? It is a one-day tour in which we will visit two wineries and vineyards in Colonia Caroya and discover the flavors of this particular terroir. The proposal is to tour this area, historical in terms of its relationship with viticulture in the province, letting ourselves be guided by the paths of wine, its landscapes, its flavors and the stories of small producers who are producing quality wines in very limited editions. Itinerary We will depart from the city of Córdoba towards the north, arriving in Colonia Caroya just an hour later. We will arrive at the first winery where we will take a guided walk through the vineyard to learn about the different vines, the irrigation system, the care that the vineyard receives, the type of soil, the pruning technique and many other details that come together to achieve the maximum expression of the fruit. All this surrounded by a beautiful environment that makes the experience a moment full of magic. Once in the winery we will tour the winemaking rooms and the different stages through which the grapes go from harvesting to aging in oak barrels with their specific conditions of temperature, humidity and light. Thus, we will discover the story that each winery and each wine have to tell. Later we will begin to play with sight, smell and taste in search of the colors, flavors and aromas that allow us to recognize the wines we taste and enjoy the wonderful sensory journey they propose. We will have lunch at a local restaurant or winery, where we will combine wine and gastronomy, tasting different wines and putting into practice the notions learned. The visit will continue with a new vineyard and winery where we can appreciate differences, different ways of working and how each winery seeks to express these particularities in the wines they produce to give them their own character and imprint. Dr. Dalmacio Vélez Sarsfield Square: This square is a lovely green space where you can enjoy nature and relax. Did you know that it is named after a prominent Argentine jurist and politician? It is a perfect place to start the tour. Exterior Ecipsa Building: The Ecipsa building is an architectural icon in Nueva Cordoba. Although we won't go inside, its façade will surely impress you. Have you heard any interesting stories about this building? Paseo del Buen Pastor: This is one of my favorite places in Cordoba. Paseo del Buen Pastor is a cultural and commercial center located in a former convent. Here you will find stores, restaurants and cultural activities - don't miss the dancing water fountain! Church of the Capuchins: This church is an architectural treasure. Its neo-gothic style and stained glass windows are impressive. If you have the chance, go inside and admire its interior beauty. Palacio Ferreyra: Also known as the Museo Superior de Bellas Artes Evita, this majestic building was inaugurated in 1916. Its French academicist style and rich art collection make it a must-see in Cordoba.
