Departure and Return Information: Departure Point: The ferry departs from the Port of Corralejo, located in northern Fuerteventura. Arrival Point: The ferry docks at El Muelle, the main pier on Lobos Island. Duration: The boat ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Return Times: On the day of your visit, choose from a variety of return times: 11:40, 14:20, and 17:00. Additional return options at 16:00 and 18:00 are available from July to September, subject to availability. What to Expect on Lobos Island: Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the statue of Josefina Plá, a renowned Spanish writer and poet born on the island, located next to the Visitor Centre. La Caldera Volcano: The island’s highest peak at 127 metres. The hike takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes round trip and rewards hikers with spectacular panoramic views of Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. Faro de Lobos (Lobos Lighthouse): Located in the northernmost part of the island, this historic lighthouse was once maintained by Josefina Plá’s father. The total walk around the island, including the lighthouse, takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
