We bought the entrance ticket without rides and could visit the park, cafes and restaurants. There are several restaurants for all tastes, some are open until 10 pm and some others close earlier. The prices are a bit more expensive than outside, so I'd recommend to grab a coffee and cake and have dinner/lunch out of the park. There's a variety of attractions, for children and adults and each area is decorated according to a country, such as Japan, China, Italy, Egypt. In the evening, the colorful lights make everything even more beautiful. Even just walking around the park is a nice experience for a family.
Thoroughly enjoyed Tivoli Gardens. Beautiful place with lots to do for all ages. Great choice of food options and being able to leave and return later in day is a great feature. A must see place to visit and I will definitely be back on my 3rd trip to Copenhagen !!
