Book the SIT bus transfer between Civitavecchia Port and the Vatican City area. Benefit from the services of the staff as they assist customers with their transfer details and travel with you on board. Choose between a 1-way or round-trip transfer.
From the beginning of your journey, staff will be on hand to assist you. Simply present your voucher on arrival to redeem it and hop on board.
The driver and guide on board will assist you before driving towards the Vatican City or Civitavecchia Port, depending on your chosen transfer option. Your transfer will end after drop-off unless you choose the round-trip option.
If heading to the Vatican City from the port, you'll be dropped off in the Prati District at a location that's a convenient 10-minute walk to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Church. If heading to the port, get dropped off outside the Civitavecchia Port.

  • You can choose to drop off at Termini or Vatican, and the same for the return journey (03:30 pm Termini and 03:45 Vatican)
  • You enjoy the hop-on hop-off starting/ending from Termini or the Vatican. The Vatican option is the perfect solution for tourists who have never come to Rome before because it includes a walk with an assistant to admire St.Peter's Basilica and Sant'Angelo Castle, escorting you to where to start the sightseeing with the panoramic bus.

Easy transfer to Rome, The guide helped us find the hop on hop off bus in Rome The coach had air con which was great as it was 32 degrees outside!!!

Drop off from the port was not easily accessible. Ride from port to actual hop on hop off bus location wasn’t detailed enough for return ride.

People didnt know they needed to get a printed paper receipt from rep. before loading on bus so they held up loading. 90% tried using the QR code that only good for printing. The rep should have had " get your guide" on her paddle which would have helped. Otherwise easy if you asked as things went on. Easy switch to hop on hop off, with lots of route choices
