Our tour began with a pick up from our Christchurch hotel. The guide/driver explained the entire itinerary for the day while including several fun facts as we drove along. We started with a breakfast and coffee at Farlie Bakehouse, then stopped at Lake Tekapo and Lake Pukaki for photo opportunities. We made our way to Mount Cook National Park, where we could choose between the Hooker Valley or Tasman Glacier trail. We were also provided with snacks, water, and lunch on the bus. Afterward, we visited High Country Salmon farm, feeding the salmon and enjoying fresh salmon products. At Lindis Pass, we paused for a quick photo, then ended at Jackson Orchards, where we could purchase jams, dried fruits, and real fruit ice cream. The tour concluded with a drop-off at our Queenstown hotel. This tour offered amazing views, photo stops, and unforgettable scenery. Highly recommend for those wanting to explore Mount Cook National Park without the long drive from Christchurch to Queenstown!
A great way to enjoy the country side with very informative commentary from both Clive and Dayton. My thirst time visiting Aoraki — the views were great 🌈🌈🌈
